Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Mil Chonamara handles information you send through the website, including suggestions for apiary sites.

What we collect and why

We use the contact details, general site location and any optional land or access information you provide to assess a possible apiary site and, where appropriate, contact you to discuss it. Please do not include sensitive personal information or details about other people that are not needed for this purpose.

Who can access it

Suggestions are stored in a private project database and are not displayed on a public page. Access is limited to authorised people operating the site. For live submissions, the submitted details may also be included in an email notification sent through Resend to info@milchonamara.ie.

How long we keep it

We keep a suggestion only while it is useful for assessing, discussing or managing a possible site, then delete it when it is no longer needed. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing emails.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information you have sent, or raise a privacy question, by emailing info@milchonamara.ie. Mil Chonamara does not sell these form submissions.
